How can I pay for my gear?

We offer a variety of secure ways to pay. We primarily use Stripe, which allows us to accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. For those who prefer it, we also offer PayPal at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

100%. Our checkout is powered by Stripe, a world leader in digital payments. Your transaction is processed via a secure, SSL-encrypted connection that meets PCI Service Provider Level 1 standards (the most stringent level of security available in the payments industry). We never see, store, or have access to your credit card number.

When will I be charged?

Your card or PayPal account will be charged at the moment you hit "Complete Order." You’ll receive an automated confirmation email immediately after a successful transaction.

What currency is used?

All transactions are processed in USD.

Why was my payment declined?
